About

Credible Expertise. Independent Evaluation. Persuasive Professional Evidence.

We are Expert Visa Letters LLC, a Texas-based professional expert opinion and credential evaluation support firm serving professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, executives, attorneys, and immigration petitioners throughout the United States.

Our work focuses on facilitating and developing independent expert opinion letters for EB-1, EB-2 National Interest Waiver (NIW), and O-1 immigration matters. We connect qualified petitioners and immigration professionals with subject-matter experts whose academic, professional, technical, or industry backgrounds are relevant to the beneficiary’s field and proposed work in the United States.

More Than a Generic Recommendation Letter

A strong expert opinion letter should do more than praise a beneficiary’s qualifications. It should provide a credible, evidence-based professional assessment explaining the significance of the beneficiary’s work, accomplishments, expertise, proposed endeavor, or contributions within the relevant field. Our process is designed around that principle.

Depending on the immigration category and the facts of the case, our expert-letter services may address issues such as the significance and impact of prior achievements, originality of contributions, importance of research or professional work, prospective impact of a proposed endeavor, recognition within the field, specialized expertise, and the broader relevance of the beneficiary’s work to the United States.

For EB-2 NIW matters, this may include expert analysis relevant to the beneficiary’s proposed endeavor, its potential broader implications, the beneficiary’s background and progress, and the relationship between past accomplishments and the work the beneficiary intends to advance in the United States.

For EB-1 and O-1 matters, expert opinions may provide independent professional context regarding achievements, original contributions, publications, leadership, critical roles, professional recognition, or the significance of the beneficiary’s work within the field, where applicable to the individual case.

Our mission is to provide access to credible, independent, and professionally grounded expert opinions that accurately communicate the significance of exceptional talent, specialized expertise, innovative work, and nationally important endeavors.

We believe an expert opinion is most persuasive when its strength comes not from exaggerated language, but from qualified expertise, careful analysis, objective evidence, and a clear explanation of why the beneficiary’s work matters.

We believe credible expert evidence begins with the right expert.

Each engagement starts with an assessment of the beneficiary’s field, professional background, accomplishments, proposed work, and the specific purpose for which expert testimony is being sought. We then seek to identify an expert whose credentials and subject-matter expertise provide a legitimate basis for evaluating the beneficiary’s work.

Our letters are developed from the actual record of the beneficiary rather than generic templates. Relevant materials may include a curriculum vitae, publications, citation evidence, project documentation, employment records, patents, awards, media coverage, business plans, technical materials, recommendation letters, proposed endeavor documentation, and other supporting evidence.

The objective is a letter that is fact-specific, technically grounded, logically organized, and supported by verifiable evidence.

Independence and Professional Integrity

The credibility of an expert opinion depends on the independence of the expert providing it.

We therefore distinguish between facilitating the expert-letter process and the expert’s professional judgment. Experts are expected to review the relevant evidence and reach their own conclusions. We do not guarantee that an expert will make a particular finding, and experts should not be asked to endorse statements they cannot independently support.

We also do not guarantee immigration approvals. Decisions on immigration petitions are made by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services or other appropriate government authorities based on the complete evidentiary record and applicable law.

Supporting Professionals Across Diverse Fields

Our expert network and matching process are designed to accommodate beneficiaries working across a broad range of disciplines, including science, engineering, technology, healthcare, business, finance, supply chain and logistics, environmental and sustainability fields, architecture and construction, academia, research, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and other specialized professions.

Because every petition presents different evidentiary issues, we focus on matching the beneficiary’s work with expertise that is substantively relevant rather than simply relying on impressive titles or credentials.

Built for Petitioners and Immigration Professionals

We serve both individuals preparing employment-based immigration matters and immigration professionals seeking independent expert evidence for their clients. ur goal is to make the expert-letter process organized, transparent, responsive, and evidence-driven—from initial case assessment and expert matching through document review, expert evaluation, drafting support, and final expert review and execution.

Our expert opinion letter services support professionals across a broad range of scientific, technical, academic, business, healthcare, and professional disciplines. For each engagement, we seek to match the beneficiary’s area of expertise with a qualified subject-matter expert capable of independently evaluating the beneficiary’s credentials, accomplishments, contributions, or proposed work.

Other Specialized Professional Fields
We also support qualified professionals in other specialized disciplines where an appropriate independent expert can be identified. Because immigration cases are highly individualized, expert matching is based on the beneficiary’s specific field, specialization, accomplishments, proposed work, and the purpose of the requested opinion.

Our services are not limited to the disciplines listed above. If your specialization is highly technical, interdisciplinary, or emerging, we can evaluate your professional profile and determine whether an appropriately qualified subject-matter expert is available for your case.

We provide expert opinion letter facilitation and related professional support services. We are not a law firm, do not provide legal advice, and do not represent clients before USCIS or other government agencies unless expressly provided by an independently licensed attorney. Our services are intended to complement—not replace—advice and representation from a qualified immigration attorney. No expert opinion letter or other service can guarantee the approval of an immigration petition.

ExpertVisaLetters LLC provides immigration-support, document-preparation, expert-letter, business-plan, and petition-review services.
